Lead Time
Our lead times can vary from 6 - 12 weeks. Please message us to find out, we will always to try to accododate your needs if you need something quickly or for us to book in a date in the future.
Stain / Heat Resistance
The answer is in your hands – literally. Our polished concrete is sealed with a high-performance two-part poly urethane sealant. Each piece undergoes a series of rigorous processing steps to ensure it is both stain and heat-resistant using the very best sealants, to provide a durable workspace. Then it is over to you! A stain will only occur where you have left a liquid or aggressive staining agent to reside on the surface. Maintenance: Clean as you go! Wipe away any spills shortly after they occur. Avoid chopping directly onto the surface – use a board. Use a trivet for hot pans. We also recommend and sell coasters which match your table. Do not leave bleach or allow cleaning agents to reside on the work surface. Spray, wipe, repeat.
Cracking / Chipping
We use high-performance concrete which means our tables are incredibly strong. Only placed under extreme pressure will the table chip or crack. We do offer a filling service which is based on a day rate charge including transport costs, all chips can be fixed on-site.
installation
Max personally installs each table to ensure that they're delivered with the same high standards that they're made. We do sometimes ask for help at the site into the house with the help of our trolley. installation cats are based on your distance from our workshop, please provide us with details for a quote.
Terms and Conditions
Each BCS piece is individually crafted by hand. Please note that no two pieces will be the same or exactly as shown on the website. This is also the case if you have received a sample. We endeavor to make sure the mix is as close as possible, but the materials used will always vary slightly by the very nature of the process. Colors will also naturally vary in the different lights and conditions of your home. We feel this is all part of concrete individualistic charm!

Due to the handmade nature our our process there will be discrepancies in measurements. we hold the right to be within 2% of a given measurement.
In order to place an order you will be asked to make a 50% deposit payment and the balance is due prior to delivery or on delivery. You will be asked to inspect your order on delivery and once approved, there will be no returns. Notwithstanding latent defects.
BCS uses the very best materials available to the concrete industry used by passionate professionals alike. This being said - like any table or piece of furniture, you should take care and maintain your BCS commission. Any future repairs will be chargeable on a fixed day rate by arrangement and will be subject to a mileage fees.
We also recommend ‘Bullet Wax’ - this is an easy to apply wax spray that provides additional protection and also gives the table a beautiful Sheen finish.
As much as possible, just use warm soapy water. If you have a vase sat on the surface please ensure a dish is underneath. Moisture transfer can occur if left for a long period of time.
Is my table suitable for outdoor? Absolutely yes, we have had great results with tables outside in the elements. Do not use covers unless the table is bone dry and there is also a layer of felt between the table top and the underside of the cover. Please ensure covers are of a good quality.
